Our objective at Mattknits.com is to ship and process your order as quickly as possible. Our products are usually sent to you within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment.
Please read the following policies below related to shipping.
Shipping Methods
We only use two shipping methods to send out our products: The U.S. Postal Service and Federal Express.
Shipping Costs and Extra Services
U.S. buyer pays actual shipping charges of $2.00 for delivery confirmation, packaging, and handling.
If there is not a fixed amount given for U.S. shipping, you may calculate your shipping charges through the U.S. Postal Service website. All buyers must add $2.00 for delivery confirmation and handling charges.
International Shipping Costs and Extra Services
Since International shipping costs vary in different countries, buyers must e-mail for shipping costs. International shipping methods are usually conducted through the U.S. Postal Service using First Class Mail International (no insurance) or Priority Mail International (with insurance).
International buyers, please email your shipping information IN ADVANCE for shipping costs. Please wait for either an invoice or a separate email for total costs. Please request a total through email.
Insurance is optional. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS IF INSURANCE IS NOT CHOSEN.
Payment Methods
ALL DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE THROUGH PAYPAL. NO FOREIGN CURRENCIES ACCEPTED.
We do not accept any other methods of payment through this website.
PayPal accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and e-Checks.
For e-Check purchases: items will not be sent out until the day your e-Check payment clears.
