Matthew create customized designs on any of the knitted hats and
scarves?
A: Matthew can create some
customized
designs, but we CANNOT accept any customer requests. We only sell
certain hats and scarves that he would like to knit.
Q: Do you
sell ONLY hats and scarves on your website?
A: Yes, we only sell hats
and scarves
on our website at this time. Matthew can knit other items, but we are
only selling his hand knitted hats and scarves. Additional knitting
projects may be added to this website depending on the number of
projects Matthew is willing to create.
Q: Do you
sell only adult size or only child size hats and scarves?
A: We are currently
selling only adult
size hats and scarves on this website; however Matthew has created
child size hats and scarves in the past. He may be considering to sell
child size hats and scarves in the future.
Q: I have
purchased a hand knitted hat or scarf from you, but the item does not
work for me. Can I return it?
A: Due to the nature of
the items, all hand knitted products are sold AS-IS
and are NOT RETURNABLE.

Q: How do I
properly care for your hand knitted hats and scarves?
A: The majority of the
skeins that Matthew uses to knit his hats and scarves are typically
made of the following materials: Cotton, Acrylic, and Polyester. Some
of the items can be used to machine wash and hung dry, however, if we
do not specify how to care for the item, we recommend hand washing your
product with mild soap and water and air drying it on a flat surface.
Q: How can I
search for products on your website?
A: All of our hand-knitted
products listed on our website are listed under a Products catalog
database. You can an view it by clicking "All Products" under the
"Products" menu or click either the hats and/or scarves links, which is
also listed under "Products".
You can now use the
Google® search box on our entire website
(located on the top right of the page) to search for products or to
surf on the Web.
Shipping
and Payment

shipping methods do you use to ship your hand knitted products?
A: We use two shipping
carriers to ship our hand knitted products - The U.S. Postal Service
and Federal Express.
Q: Where
will my hand knitted product ship from?
A: We are located in
Phoenix, Arizona, U.S.A. All of our products will be shipped only from
that location.
Q: When will
my hand knitted products arrive?
A: Shipping times are
variant depending on the service purchased from the shipping carrier
and when the payment has been received. For example, if you purchase a
hand knitted hat using Standard (or First Class shipping), the item may
take up to 3 - 5 business days (depending on your location), but if a
buyer chooses Expedited (or Priority shipping), the item may take up to
2 - 3 business days.
Q: Do you
offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide.
The most common shipping methods used for International packages are
First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International. First
Class Mail International does not include insurance, but only a
Certificate of Mailing, whereas Priority Mail International includes
tracking and insurance.
Q: Do you
offer international shipping through both shipping methods?
A: Yes, but it depends on
the shipping rates and the country of destination. For example, if
Federal Express charges higher shipping costs, then we will ship it
through the U.S. Postal Service and vice versa.
Q: If I
purchase more than one item, do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, if you decide to
purchase more than one item from our website, we will be happy to
combine the shipping costs to save you money.

payment methods do you accept?
A: We only accept PayPal
on all orders made through this website. We do NOT accept the following:

Q: I have
sent a PayPal payment using an e-Check. Why has my item not been
shipped right away?
A: PayPal usually takes
about 4 - 6 business days for e-Checks to clear. We will ship the item
within 1 - 2 business days after we have received the e-mail notice
from PayPal stating that your e-Check has cleared.
