Return Policy
We hope that you are
pleased with your purchase at Mattknits.com. We guarantee that all of
our hand knitted products are made from high quality materials.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 - 15 business days from the time of purchase and we will acknowledge the matter within 1-2 business days.
If you do not contact us within the time period described above, returns will NOT be accepted, NO exceptions.
Due to the nature of our hand knitted items, all of our products are sold AS-IS and are NOT RETURNABLE.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Defective and Damaged Products:
All of our products are re-inspected for damages and defects prior to shipment. If a product was damaged during shipment or initially defective, then the item may be eligible for a refund.
ONLY damaged or defective merchandise are eligible for refunds.
